It is an anthem for Marketing and Happiness. This is how, what we call today Segmentation and Line Extensions, were born. This is the contribution of  spaghetti sauces and horizontal differentiation in the contemporary marketing. Howard Moskowitz is one of the Market Research gurus and Malcolm Gladwell is one of my heroes who ends this marvelous and so prophetic talk with an amazing finale
