How will robots and robotics affect our lives and work? Probably in ways we can’t even quite imagine.

This story tells about a robot that can inventory a large grocery store in under an hour – I bet that’s faster than a team of employees. Even more impressive, the inventory process can create a virtual layout of the store that customers can use to find what they want as quickly as possible. Combine that with data and IoT technology. I’m not sure where such capability will take us. I bet somewhere interesting. Can you imagine?
