Few weeks ago I spoke at GILD about leadership in a crisis, focusing specifically on my experiences leading our company in Ukraine during the geopolitical turmoil.

I talked a lot about my team and how it was by leveraging their leadership and focusing us all on developing the capabilities we needed that were fortunate in ultimately succeeding in keeping everyone in the company safe and secure while also managing to meet our business objectives.
