Change and Story Telling

Million pages have been devoted to change.

Change of a company, personal change, change of the world. Protagonists, personas are heavily used to carry over the main messages, the loaded meaning. They are usually innovators, early movers, creators of new and unknown. Sometimes beautiful, sometimes risky. Always worth considering.

The way they act is similar to the three basic steps of a story, as Nancy Duarte narrates in this HBR. But I believe the common element of all these players and their stories is PURPOSE.
